Appointments & Timing
Due to the preparation before your visit; to make any appointments at Desired Image we require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or gift card number for the full amount of service. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late for your scheduled appointment your treatment will still end as scheduled, so as not to delay the next guest.
Please make us aware of any special request you have upon booking your appointment.
Cancelations-
Desired Image services are in high demand; we have reserved this time, especially for you. If you can not make your scheduled appointment we require 24 hours' notice, giving our staff ample time to accommodate another guest.
Appointments canceled without proper notice or no-shows are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
If you pre-paid for any services the 50% fee will be deducted from your pre-paid amount and will not count towards future scheduled services. This includes pre-paid packages

Personal Considerations
For the comfort of another guest, we appreciate you turning off your cell phones & keeping conversations to a whipper while in our establishment.
Medical Considerations
Please advise us of any medical conditions, illnesses, recent injuries, or medications upon booking appointments so we may best serve you & respond to your needs.
Refund Policy
Desired Image does not give refunds on any pre-paid products or services. This includes gift cards.
Desired Image does not accept returns or give refunds on any used or opened products.
Due to the unpredictability of results, Desired Image does not give refunds on any services rendered. This includes Weight Loss Programs, Botox, Juvederm, IPL, Facials, Microdermabrasion, or Chemical Peels. Services are non-transferable.
Health & Safety
Health and safety are the number one priority at Desired Image.
Before Each Service
1) Stainless steel instruments are scrubbed and soaked in medical-grade germicide and then sterilized with a medical-grade autoclave.2) Chair, bed, and table surfaces are disinfected.3) Our staff member washes his/her hands.4)The site of treatment is also cleansed (clients wash their hands before service, the face is cleaned, injection sites are disinfected, etc.)
During Service
1) Our staff member wears medical nitrile gloves for procedures that require gloved hands. (No need to worry if you have a latex allergy.)2) Clean towels and sheets are used for treatments that require them. We never reuse these items until after they have been washed.3) Tools never come into contact with customers unless they are new or have been sterilized.
Additional Steps
1) All table, counter, chair, and bed surfaces are disinfected.2) The floor is cleaned of debris.3) Staff is trained in infection control practices.4) Internal audits are conducted on each staff member and on the facility to ensure proper health and safety standards are being performed continuously and correctly.
After each service
1) Tools that cannot be sterilized are given to the customer or disposed of. We never reuse these implements.2) Bowls used for facials, manicure soaks, and pedicure soaks are cleaned and soaked in medical-grade germicide.
5) We keep our spa environment as free as possible from toxic chemicals, and we use chemical-free alternatives where possible. 6) For the very few chemicals that remain in the spa, we follow OSHA requirements for the safety of our clients and staff.
If you observe any of our staff not following these safety procedures, please notify the manager immediately. If you have a suggestion for how we can improve our procedures, please let us know. We respect your active participation in the services you receive.
